Rosanna Ferrari, Esq., Family Law Attorney, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Meet Rosanna Ferrari, Esq.

A Trusted Advocate Through Life's Most Difficult Moments

For over two decades, Rosanna Ferrari has dedicated her practice exclusively to marital and family law, not as a stepping stone, but as a calling. She understands that the clients who walk through her door are navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Divorce, custody, support, and the unraveling of a shared future are never just legal problems. They are deeply personal ones.

She built Rosanna Ferrari, P.A. from the ground up and has sustained it for over twenty years as a solo practitioner, meaning every consultation, every hearing, every negotiation, and every trial is handled by her, personally. Clients are not handed off. They work with Rosanna from the first call to the final order.

Her path to family law began in the courtroom. Early in her career, Rosanna served as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County, prosecuting domestic violence and DUI offenses. That foundation, disciplined, trial-tested, and grounded in the realities of what families endure, carried directly into her family law practice. She has appeared before circuit courts throughout South Florida on the full range of family law matters. As an associate early in her career, she contributed to the briefing of multiple cases that resulted in reported decisions before Florida's Fourth District Court of Appeal. She is also Certified in Collaborative Divorce. She served on the executive committee and board of the Susan Greenberg Family Law American Inn of Court of the Palm Beaches from 2017 through 2025, including as Secretary and Treasurer.

Rosanna was born in Montevideo, Uruguay, and is fully fluent in Spanish. She offers consultations in both English and Spanish, and her bilingual ability and multicultural background allow her to connect meaningfully with a wide range of clients across South Florida.

Outside the office, Rosanna is a proud mother to a daughter who lives in Colorado, which conveniently doubles as a reason to ski as often as possible. At home, she shares her space with Prince Charming, a French Bulldog of considerable opinions and zero patience. He is demanding. He is bossy. He is, by all accounts, running the firm.

Rosanna has litigated and mediated more than a few cases where the family pet was the most fiercely negotiated asset in the room. Under Florida law, pets are personal property subject to equitable distribution, and she has advocated for clients for whom no price was too high to bring their dog home. She has negotiated for Julio, a blind, fragile chihuahua with heart disease and a daily medication regimen. She has sat through eight hours of mediation beside an opposing party who brought their cat, in its carrier, to the table; severely allergic, she never once suggested they move on. A grateful client once presented her with two framed photographs of the dogs she fought to bring home. There is a strong argument that her true calling was to be a dog lawyer. She is still considering it.

What she knows for certain is this: her clients deserve someone who will fight for what matters, whether that is their financial future, their children, their peace of mind, or, yes, their dog. She is honored to be that person.
